Not only a customer but all my friends and families aren’t coming to you. The customers services staff are the front face of the business and if you have a face like Partha then I am afraid you have lost a customer. I am very happy that I have managed to find a decent people, who are proactive and keeping me informed of each steps during the process. I waited for a month before I moved to a new company. Later, it went quiet and despite several WhatsApp calls, he never responded. He agreed and disconnected the call without a proper goodbye. Anyways, I ignored that and asked him to share come cars so we can place a bid. He was on other call too, I heard him typing and sifting papers as he isn’t attentive. Partha did ring but surprisingly, the way he attends my call was like very non serious. He said Partha is my colleague and he will ring you. Even though I informed him that he isn’t responding to my messages and neither sharing any information to start the process. Earlier this year, I contacted Khandoker Jubayer Islam, who informed me that Partha is always assigned to you and I cannot take your case. ![]() Later, I gave a pause to arrange finances and informed him about the same. I contacted Partha last year and started to have conversations with him about importing a car from Japan. Partha and Khandoker Jubayer Islam are the two contacts for me. This is my personal experience and yours can be better than me. I normally don’t post reviews but I will have to share experience so others can be cautious. Ignorant, non serious and unprofessionalism at its peak I will be contacting Japanese Authorities about those scammers and urge all affected to do the same. They blatantly lied to me that they told me l will pay for the shipping on arrival (after l already paid them for the shipping!) then, when challanged to provide the proof of that, they ignored me sending some lengthy drivel about shipping rules instead. You write back and forth for months and absolutely nothing comes out of it. They will email/message you a lot but it's all just lies, repetitions and "sorry Sir", you make no progress with them at all. They cancelled initial shipment date without telling me then bombarded me with messages saying l must pay extra storage charges. The car arrived with issues they did not mention. They try to force me to sign a document that l will accept whatever amount they send me and l won't legally challenge them. Today l found out l must pay over 2K shipping cost.except l paid SBT for shipping already!! For months now l cannot also get my deposit back. The car l bought from their auction just arrived. They won't refund your deposit and will keep shipping money without paying for shipping ![]()
